This summer The Mermaid NYC  is bringing back everyone’s favorite warm weather tradition.

Yes, it’s the old fashioned crab boil, every Tuesday night.

We wanted to give our Merpeeps a couple of tips on “How to” Crack your own crabs. There’s definitely a technique to get the most out of those delicious crustaceans…. So don’t get crabby! We’ll teach you how to crack & whack the right way.

So guys, this Aussie went WalkAbout and caught up with Chef Eric Gephart at Wilmington North Carolina’s MIXTO Restaurant….

I got to chat with him about his award win of ‘Wilmington’s Best Chef’ and what inspired him when creating MIXTO’s menu.

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of interviewing Chef and Owner of Choza Taqueria Dominic Giuliano.
I found out a little about his background, why he opened a Mexican Taqueria and also what some of their specialities are at Choza.

I am definitely going back for some of the Duck Taco’s!
