*marinate thin cut skirt steak in olive oil, garlic, jalapeno, lime zest, lime juice, whole black pepper corns, salt, cilantro and a little Sriracha.
In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage with cilantro, lime juice, a drizzle of oil and salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix sour cream, sriracha & a dash of lime juice for crema.
Warm some corn tortillas.
In a hot pan, sear the steak for about a min on each side. Rest for a min, then slice thinly.
Serve the steak with the tortillas, slaw, crema and garnish with radish, chopped tomato and cilantro!
